After our first briefing, he presented a few design options. It was clear that he understood exactly what we were looking for in terms of the outside design. He added authentic design elements reinforcing the look and feel even more. He had a clear understanding of how we wanted the various spaces to flow to make it functional for our family. This was no easy task within the confines of spaces, design, positioning of the house and rules and requirements of the estate.
He listened carefully to our needs, added valuable insights and didn’t force his ideas through, as some architects do. He was very accommodating and didn’t mind providing countless options, helping us to visualize the spaces and deciding on the one that would work best for us. He has kept us well informed along the way of approvals and has responded timeously to our requests. We are looking forward to breaking ground soon and completing this exciting journey with him.
